How to Send Us Your Project Info

We accept project information through multiple channels — use whatever is easiest for you:

Photos (Fastest)

Text/MMS photos of the rooms, areas, or existing conditions. Good lighting and a wide angle help. Include a tape measure or 2×4 for scale if possible.

Email / PDF

Email plans, contractor quotes, or scanned documents to us. Our AI reads PDFs, including scanned handwritten notes.

CAD / BIM / Blueprints

If you have professional plans (Revit, AutoCAD DWG, IFC, PDF blueprints), we can extract exact quantities from them automatically.

Hand Sketches

Hand-drawn sketches are fine too. Snap a photo and we can digitize them.

Tip: The more info you send upfront, the faster and more accurate your estimate. Room dimensions, material preferences, and budget range are all helpful.

Circle the missed area in the photo and re-send. The takeoff will update to include it.
